Restrictions on Use of Materials

Unless we state otherwise, you may access the materials located within the site for your personal use only. The Customer
The corporate entity, firm or individual ordering the goods from the Company. All orders are made on the following terms & conditions alone.
Prices
Unless stated as fixed for a specified period, GelPacksDirect reserves the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice. All prices are excluding VAT.
Payment
The Customer will agree to pay the full invoice amount within 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Acceptance
There will be no contract of any kind between the Customer and ourselves unless and until we actually dispatch the goods. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods without giving any reason. At the moment, that we accept your order, by dispatching the goods (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us. If we decline to supply goods and payment has already been taken from your credit or debit card, we shall credit your credit or debit card with the price of the goods within 30 days of declining your order. We shall not be obliged to offer you any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
If there is a problem with your order in terms of availability of the goods or our ability to deliver, we shall contact you by telephone or email as soon as reasonably practicable.
If the goods that you ordered are not available, we reserve the right to substitute goods of a similar specification and quality.
Delivery
GelpacksDirect will dispatch all orders for in-stock items received before 10am the same working day. Please note, there are some regions we are currently unable to guarantee fast delivery to. These areas include parts of Aberdeen, Carlisle, Stornoway, Isle Of Man, Inverness, North Ayrshire, Kirkwall, Cumbria, Isle Of Bute, Argyll, Perth, Isles Of Scilly & Lerwick. Returns
Please refer to Returns Policy
Damaged & Missing Products
The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. GelPacksDirect reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.
Online Images and Descriptions
Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by GelPacksDirect will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.
Non UK Mainland Orders
GelPacksDirect reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis.
